Job Title: System Administrator & Web Developer (WordPress Experience Preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable System Administrator to manage our technical infrastructure, including domains, hosting, and email systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with web hosting environments (such as Cpanel, Hpanel, VPS) and email configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Knowledge of Web development and basic PHP will be a plus and considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:

Manage domains, DNS records, and domain renewals across registrars Set up and maintain hosting environments (cPanel, WHM, VPS) Configure SSL certificates, email routing, and redirection Set up and manage professional email accounts (Zoho, Google Workspace, or cPanel) Configure and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, MX, and DMARC records Handle email deliverability, server backups, and performance monitoring Work closely with marketing teams to support email campaigns.

Web Development (Preferred):

Maintain and update WordPress websites. Customize themes and plugins using basic PHP/HTML/CSS. Build or edit landing pages and a contact form.s Optimize websites for speed, security, and mobile responsiveness

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in system/hosting administration

Hands-on experience with cPanel/WHM, DNS management, and domain/hosting setup

Solid understanding of business email setup and troubleshooting

Basic security awareness for managing server access, malware prevention, and SSL

Working knowledge of WordPress CMS, Ability to edit or customize themes/plugins using PH,P Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders
